To mark International Women’s Day 2025, we partnered with agency The Hero on She’s the Future — a campaign for their client Microsoft, spotlighting the incredible women driving change within the tech industry. Through a series of interviews with Microsoft employees, we captured powerful stories and initiatives aimed at closing the gender equality gap in tech. The result was a heartfelt and inspiring piece that celebrated progress while pushing for continued action across the industry.
