Coastal Creatives Australia Pty Ltd (“Coastal”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect
Website. When you visit coastalcreatives.com.au we may collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies. If you contact us through a form or email, we keep the details you provide so we can reply.
Clients. When you work with us we keep the business contact details, project information and files needed to deliver the work and invoice for it.
Meta platforms. We use Meta’s Marketing API and Instagram API through our own internal tool, Coastal Producer, to manage advertising and read performance data for pages and ad accounts that we own or that clients have authorised us to manage. This data is aggregate advertising and content performance information. We do not collect personal information about individual Facebook or Instagram users through these tools.
How we use it
To deliver our services, respond to enquiries, manage advertising for ourselves and our clients, improve our website and content, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, for example hosting, email, accounting and project management software, and only for that purpose, or where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable providers and access is limited to people at Coastal who need it. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Data deletion
To request deletion of your data, including any data connected to your use of a Facebook or Instagram account with our tools, email al@coastalcreatives.com.au with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm receipt, delete the data we hold about you within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it, and confirm when it is done.
